REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Program & Event Tickets are eligible for exchange before the date of the event. If a program or event is cancelled, however, ticket-holders will receive return, exchange, and donation options via e-mail. Funds will not be automatically refunded at the time of cancellation.

Fundraising event tickets are not be eligible for return or refund.

Memberships and Donations are non-refundable.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All customer information provided during sales is securely stored for completion of sale and reporting. Customer mailing addresses may be used for future mailings and offerings unless otherwise requested.
